Brian has held senior leadership positions within the oil and gas industry, where he managed both business development and the operations of infrastructure. He has developed large scale projects for gas gathering, processing and electrification as well as commercial operations for natural gas, NGL, crude and power marketing, scheduling and dispatch.
Brian co-founded Power-on-Demand, a distributed battery energy storage as-a-service company, primarily for oil and gas. He previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Vaquero Midstream LLC, a Yorktown Energy private equity-backed gatherer and processor in the prolific Delaware Basin. Prior to Vaquero, Brian was Vice President of J-W Energy, a privately held, vertically integrated oil and gas company with significant exploration and production, midstream, rental compression and oil field service activities, where he led the midstream activities. Prior to entering the oil and gas industry, Brian spent 10 years in the defense industry working in various engineering and project management roles for Lockheed Martin Corporation, a fortune 100 company.
Brian holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Christian University.
