• The project has a projected capacity of 27 MWdc solar
• Located in southeastern Alberta, adjacent to Proteus Alberta Solar 2 and 3
• The project has a land option on 139 acres with a local public institution
• The 27 MWdc generation facility would require 3.3 mi of distribution lines to a 35kV line
• Project development schedule estimated to be 16 months and will begin construction Q2 2024. The projected COD date is Q4 2024
• The project is in the interconnection process with Fortis Alberta and has completed most of the interconnection studies
• We are evaluating the potential of adding a battery storage system collocated with this facility
